My yard holds water every spring. What actually fixes it?
Usually one of three things: regrading so the surface water runs off, a French drain to collect what soaks in, or a culvert to move it under a drive. We look first and quote the one your yard actually needs.
Can you bury my downspouts and sump line?
Yes. Getting roof and sump water piped well away from the foundation is one of the cheapest big improvements a wet basement can get.
How deep do water and electric trenches need to be?
Water services in Michigan need to be below frost depth, and electric runs to code depth depending on conduit and circuit. We cut trenches to the spec your plumber or electrician calls out.
Do you replace crushed or rusted culverts?
Yes. We pull the old pipe, re-bed, set the new culvert at the right grade, and rebuild the drive over it.
