Your choice: we haul debris off with our own truck, or pile it on site for burning where the township allows it. Stumps in the building area come out roots and all.
Can you clear just a building site instead of the whole lot?
Yes, and it is usually the smart play. Clearing the envelope plus the driveway keeps the woods that made you buy the lot in the first place.
Will the ground be buildable when you are done?
The site gets grubbed and rough graded. If your build needs a compacted pad or fill brought in, we do that too and quote it up front.
Do small clearing jobs make your list?
